HOME SERVICE MARKETING Β· WEBSITE REDESIGN PROPOSAL
A new website for Perfect Choice Home Solutions, built to earn trust and win the lead
To the Perfect Choice team: thank you for sharing the sites you admire. We studied all five, and here's the honest takeaway: the big national players win with aggressive lead capture, but they cannot be what you are, which is a family business your customers can actually call back. Your current site hides that advantage. This design puts it front and center, then borrows only the conversion machinery the big players have proven.
What we're trying to do: turn more of your existing traffic into booked estimates. Every page below drives to one action, the free quote, with a form above the fold, a storm-damage path for insurance jobs, your financing as the offer (no fake-urgency discounts), and a click-to-call bar that follows the visitor.
Why this works: homeowners choosing a roofer or bath remodeler buy trust first and price second. So we lead with what only you have: the family story, BBB A+ and Good Housekeeping seals, real reviews with names and towns, and your own numbers: more than 30,000 homes served across two regions. Proof does the selling; the form just catches the decision.
What's on this board: your new home page, then seven inside pages: roofing, windows, bathrooms & showers, about us, service area, and your new blog (the engine of your search rankings). Each design has a short note above it explaining what the page is for and what to look at. Copy is drafted for real; product imagery comes from your current site. Your real logo, leadership, and team photos are in place, along with your credentials. The roofing crew action shot is a temporary stand-in until we photograph your crews on the job.
Try things, the designs work: pick a date in the consultation booker on Windows, Roofing, Bathrooms and the Home page; run the financing "see if you qualify" check; hover Exteriors in the menu; drag the before/after slider on Bathrooms; tap the shingle colors on Roofing; and type in the quote form. Press the πŸ“± button in the bottom bar on any page to see it the way a homeowner on a phone will, which is most of them.
Anything marked SAMPLE needs your confirmation before launch The Top 500 ranking and placement, the veterans discount percentage, and the lifetime warranty terms are written as placeholders so you can see the layout. Send us the real wording and we'll drop it in. The IKO Elite Preferred Contractor badge is a grey stand-in until Natalie sends the logo file.
What we need from you: team and crew photos, a windows install photo, a family photo by one of the trucks, the Top 500 / veterans / warranty details above, the IKO Elite logo, and your go-ahead on the financing offer language. Leave comments right on the designs, or just call us and we will walk through it together.
